Producers Network

The European Film Commissions Network (EUFCN) is a non-profit association that represents 100 European Film Commissions in 32 countries. The Association supports and promotes the European film industry and culture by organizing the share of information and experience among its members. With a rich network of industry professionals, EUFCN is the gateway to Europe for thousands of filmmakers across the world.

The Dominican Republic has positioned itself as the main destination for film production in the Caribbean. The country offers an ideal environment for both local and foreign productions to benefit from a well-established industry, with competitive tax incentives, specialized crew, infrastructure, and diverse locations. The Dirección General de Cine (DGCINE) serves as a film commission, film fund, and film institute. It acts as a liaison between government agencies and production companies, providing necessary support in permit applications and administering tax incentives. Additionally, it encourages the development of the Dominican film industry by supporting Dominican productions and filmmakers internationally.

SWISS FILMS is dedicated to promoting Swiss filmmaking abroad and supports Swiss films and talents at international festivals and markets. The promotion agency advises Swiss producers and filmmakers on their international strategies and assists them in establishing contacts with festival delegates, sales agents, and distributors.

The Korean Film Council (KOFIC) is an institution under the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism of the Republic of Korea (ROK). It establishes policies and supports the entire value chain of the industry, including film production, distribution, education/training programs, overseas exchanges, and more. With its wide array of policies and initiatives, KOFIC bolsters a strong foundation for the sustainable growth of Korean films.

The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia administers affairs in fields ranging from early childhood to higher education, cultural affairs, research, and technology development. Cultural affairs encompass public policies on the advancement of culture, cultural heritage, museums, as well as the development of the arts and film ecosystem.

The DENTAL-ACP program was launched in 2020 by the CNC with financial collaboration from the European Union and the organization of ACP (Africa, Caribbean, Pacific) States. It allows for better financing of ACP projects that have won the Aide aux cinémas du monde and/or the Fonds pour la jeune création francophone, and to set up support mechanisms in connection with festivals in Europe and ACP countries.
